Janos Technology Appoints New President

Townshend, Vt. — Janos Technology Corp. has appointed Brett D. Rosner as its new president.
Rosner brings with him more than 20 years of experience in military and commercial electro-optics design, business development, marketing, management and leadership at such companies as Santa Barbara Focalplane, Hughes/GM and Sonatech.
Prior to joining Janos Technology, Rosner was the director of Santa Barbara Focalplane, a Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control Business. Within a five-year period of Rosner's tenure, the company's sales growth rate exceeded 1,000 percent. His responsibilities included sales, new product development and profitability while steering the company into a world manufacturing leader of infrared components and imaging systems.
Rosner received his M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 1984 and his MBA. from The Anderson School of Business, UC Los Angeles in 1997.
