P.D. Circuits Appoints Quality Manager
July 30, 2003 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
Hampstead, N.H. — P. D. Circuits Inc. has appointed Andy Slade as quality manager.
Slade brings a wealth of experience and technical knowledge, making him a great addition to the PDC team. He started in the circuit board manufacturing in 1976. Over the years he has held positions in both engineering and quality at companies such as Martin-Marietta and Universal Circuits. His last 10 years were spent with Hadco and then Sanmina as a product development engineer, involved in building some of the most advanced circuit boards.
Slade has an in-depth knowledge of standard as well as exotic materials and how they affect a given board design, both electrically and mechanically. He has a solid understanding of controlled impedance and is at home in discussing and proposing board material/stack-up issues. He will be working closely with Don Fish, technical director.
