Aries Reduces Lead Times for RF Test Socket Prices Quotes Through New Insta-Quote System
June 19, 2003 |Estimated reading time: Less than a minute
Frenchtown, N.J. — Aries Electronics reportedly has reduced the lead times on price quotes for its entire line of RF test sockets to less than one minute through expansion of the Aries Insta-Quote system to include its Interposer and Spring-Probe based RF test sockets. The Insta-Quote system previously was available only for the company's patented Microstrip RF sockets.
After entering their custom RF test socket requirements, designers instantly receive a price and delivery quote via e-mail. Before Aries introduced this system, the industry standard delivery time for RF test socket quotes was a few days to a week, and even expedited quotes typically took a few hours. In addition to product pricing and delivery information, the recipient receives contact information for their local Aries representative, product part numbers for easy ordering, and a quote for set-up charges. All quotes are honored for 30 days.Aries RF test sockets are used throughout RF/microwave, automated handling and burn-in/life testing applications. Aries Electronics Inc. manufactures a broad range of custom and standard interconnection and packaging products for electronics. For more information, visit www.arieselec.com.
