Robert Brilon Named Duraswitch Chairman

Brilon's appointment fills the vacancy left by the resignation of R. Terren Dunlap, who served as chairman of the Board of Directors since 1997. Dunlap announced he was resigning from all boards on which he currently serves in order to devote his full attention to his position of CEO and director of Ultra-Scan Corp. Brilon was elected by the remaining members of the Board of Directors following the Annual Meeting of Stockholders held May 20, 2002.
