Polyclad Laminates First Materials Supplier to Conform to IPC-4101A Specification

Franklin, N.H. -- Polyclad Laminates Inc., a Cookson Electronics Co., announces that its Polyclad(r) LD-621 low Dk/Df laminates and prepegs are the first materials to conform to the requirements of IPC-4101A: Specification for Base Materials for Rigid and Multilayer Boards, released in December 2001.
