Express Manufacturing Launches New Web-Based Quality Reporting System

Santa Ana, Calif. -- Express Manufacturing Inc. (EMI) has released a Web-based reporting capability that allows customers to access their quality reports and information in real time.
Located at www.eminc.com, this advanced system heightens the efficiency of root cause analysis and any subsequent quality improvement efforts, while allowing EMI's quality control and customer service departments to operate more efficiently.
Available quality data will include yield analysis, assessments of ECO implementations, delivery schedules, and defect trends/design issues.
EMI has also developed and launched a request-for-proposal (RFP) system available on its Web site. The system allows customers to quickly enter their service requirements and receive a pricing estimate back within 24 hours.
