Tecnomatix Announces Second Quarter 2002 Results

For the second quarter of 2002, the company is reporting revenues of $20.2 million, compared to $22.4 million for the same period last year. Operating income for the quarter was $800,000, compared to an operating loss of $1.4 million for the second quarter in 2001. Net income for the second quarter 2002 was $400,000 or 4 cents per diluted share, compared to a net loss of $1.5 million or a net loss of 15 cents per diluted share for the same period last year. The company ended the quarter with $48.9 million in cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments and long-term investments.
