DDi Corp. Buys Canada's Olympic Circuits

The acquisition of Olympic Circuits Canada is seen as a strategic step for DDi in terms of geographic expansion and new market penetration, according to Bruce McMaster, CEO of DDi Corp. "Olympic Circuits' well-established, quick-turn operations in Ontario offer DDi immediate access to untapped markets in the northeastern United States and Canada where we have not yet established a concentration of customers ... With a favorable cost structure in the Canadian marketplace, we gain the production scalability and efficiency to effectively service customers representing all tier levels."
