EMS Firm nms Reports 9.7% Drop in 1H FY2017 Net Sales

Japanese EMS firm Nippon Manufacturing Service Corp. (nms) has reported net sales of 28.937 billion yen ($271 million) for the first half of fiscal year 2017, down by 9.7% compared to the same period in the previous year.
Operating income fell by 22.6% to 688 million yen ($6.45 million), while ordinary income reached 61 million yen ($571,520), a decrease of 93.5%.
