Schweizer Electronic Completes Executive Board

Schweizer Electronic's Executive Board is complete again, effective immediately. Dr. Maren Schweizer, Chief Executive Officer of Schweizer Electronic AG, has resumed her responsibility for the business units Operations, Sales & Marketing, Global Supply Chain and Systems.
Nicolas Schweizer, Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board, has been back in the office since November 7, and he is responsible for the business units Technology, Human Resources, Legal and Communication. Marc Bunz, Schweizer's CFO, who in the meantime has managed all areas of responsibility on an interim basis, is now dedicating his time entirely to the areas of Finance & Controlling, Purchasing, IT and Investor Relations.
