EPE Purchases Nordson ASYMTEK Spectrum S-920 Automated Fluid Dispense System

EPE Corporation, a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) electronics manufacturing company, has purchased a Nordson ASYMTEK Spectrum S-920 automated fluid dispense system.
"This equipment dovetails nicely into our capabilities as a high-reliability electronics manufacturer. Many of our existing customers and the markets we serve require the ruggedization of their products. This equipment allows us to take another important step in this direction," said James "JD" Bell Jr., president and CEO of EPE.
The scalable Nordson ASYMTEK Spectrum S-920N Series is ideal for high-volume production of advanced dispensing processes, including underfill, cavity fill, die attach and encapsulation.
Over the past year, EPE has made many capital investments such as Mentor Graphics' Valor NPI software, the Nordson DAGE XD7600NT Ruby FP X-ray inspection system, and the Pillarhouse Jade MKII selective soldering machine.
