HT Global Circuits, a manufacturer of printed circuit boards, has acquired fellow PCB manufacturer Pho-Tronics for an undisclosed sum. Pho-Tronics will continue to be operated by the existing management team.
The entire company will be re-named Pho-Tronics HT Global Circuits LLC. Pho-Tronics, located in Milwaukee, WI, has been manufacturing PCBs since 1962 for the aerospace, military, medical, and high-end industrial markets. The facility has ISO9001, AS9100, and MIL-PRF-55110G certifications, and is ITAR registered.
HT Global Circuits, located in St. Petersburg, FL, was established in 1990 and is a manufacturer, supplier, and designer of PCBs. The company provides high-quality multilayer rigid, rigid-flex, and flex circuits for small, medium, and high volume applications.
“We are extremely pleased to add Pho-Tronics to the HT Global family”, said Ahmad Hamadeh, President and CEO of HT Global. “Paul Godbout and his team have built an excellent company, and we look forward to working with them to grow HT Global into one of the largest PCB firms in the U.S.”
