Flexible PCB maker Flexium Interconnected has reported net profits of NT$245 million ($8.12 million) for the first quarter of 2017, down by 76.1% quarter-on-quarter and 41.9% year-on-year, according to Digitimes.
The company suffered foreign exchange transaction losses of NT$303 million during the quarter, thereby affecting its profits, the company explained. Gross margin stood at 23% in the first quarter, a decline 0.6 percentage point from a quarter earlier and 1.1 percentage points from a year ago.
