Libra Industries Names Matt Tringhese Director of Program Manufacturing

Libra Industries has promoted Matt Tringhese to director of manufacturing. Tringhese started out as Libra Industries' production supervisor for second shift back in 2012.
Tringhese left the company to pursue another opportunity to further enhance his skills at a new level within a larger company. All of his prior work experience was with smaller companies, and he felt that gaining experience in a larger organization would be beneficial for his long-term career growth.
He returned to Libra Industries in 2015 as the company's manufacturing manager, directing all manufacturing day-to-day operations, such as manufacturing engineering to production support. Tringhese drives continuous improvement initiatives and acts as a liaison to program management.
Since Tringhese began his career at Libra Industries, he has successfully created a culture where employees work together effectively and efficiently to accomplish goals and objectives. Additionally, in his past positions he utilized Lean and Six Sigma tools to focus talents and energies to solve problems, implement positive change, grow and succeed. Tringhese will continue to report to Rod Howell.
Libra Industries continues to invest to provide customized manufacturing solutions to help make its customers more competitive and improve their profitability.
