American Standard Circuits Upgrades to ISO 9001:2015
September 25, 2017 | American Standard CircuitsEstimated reading time: 1 minute

West Chicago-based PCB fabricator, American Standard Circuits has recently upgraded their ISO quality management certification to the latest standard, ISO 9100:2015.
ISO 9001:2015 sets the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard in the family that can be certified to (although this is not a requirement). The standards of this certification are generic, wherein they can be used by any organization, large or small, regardless of their field of activity. In fact, there are over one million companies and organizations in over 170 countries certified to ISO 9001.
This standard is based on a number of quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, and a process approach for continual improvement. Using ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent, quality products and services, which in turn brings many business benefits.
American Standard Circuits’ CEO Anaya Vardya stated, “Earning our ISO 9001:2015 completes an entire year’s work of bringing all of our quality systems completely up to date. Our goal has always been to provide our customers with the highest quality product, service and support available on the market today and we have taken additional steps on this constantly changing journey with the completion of our ISO 9001:2015. As we look to the future of the industry, we will continue to follow this path by making additional upgrades to coincide with its continual advancement.”
