Libra Industries Promotes Clayton Carr to Program Manager

Libra Industries is pleased to announce the promotion of Clayton Carr from Production Supervisor to Program Manager.
Carr joined Libra Industries in 2013 and has held many roles at the company, including manufacturing engineer, manufacturing supervisor and applications engineer. He defines the company’s operational metrics and monitors performance by assessing strategic information, including on-time delivery, total cost of manufacturing, first time quality, labor efficiency and more.
A key player in the launch of new products and processes, Carr assures the delivery of quality products consistent with established IPC, customer and Libra Industries’ standards. He develops and maintains a can-do culture focused on fulfilling customer needs and achieving company goals, and supports a strong training and skill development program.
Carr holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering and Communication Technology from the ITT Technical Institute-Warrensville Heights and an Associate’s degree in Electronics and Computer Technology from the National Institute of Technology.
