Techcon has announced plans to exhibit at Farnborough International, scheduled to take place July 16-22, 2018 in Farnborough, England. The company will introduce the TS2560 Series Applicator Guns to the aerospace market, and showcase its TSR2000 Smart Dispensing Robots and Smart Valve Controllers in Hall 3, Stand 3-756.
The TS2560 Series Applicator guns come in both palm and pistol grip versions to make processing Techcon and standard sealant cartridges more convenient. With a maximum working pressure of 5.5 bar (80psi), the guns are ideally suited for a multitude of aerospace and other industrial applications. The cartridge applicators are compatible with all aerospace sealant manufacturers.
The guns are shipped with a unique, lightweight, adjustable retainer that fits 2.5oz, 6oz and 8oz cartridge sizes. Additionally, the applicators are easy to assemble and operate.
TSR2000 Series Smart Dispensing Robots are designed specifically for precise fluid dispensing applications and are compatible with all valve types and controllers. The user-friendly, smart PC based software make the robots easy to program and simple to operate.
From a general assembly manufacturer looking to automate an existing dispensing application, to an engineer designing a production process from the very beginning, Techcon Systems dispensing robots offer unsurpassed value in automated precision fluid dispensing. The basic dispensing robot series are available in three platforms:
- TSR2201: 200 x 200 mm
- TSR2301: 300 x 300 mm
- TSR2401: 400 x 400 mm
Techcon’s new series of smart valve controllers includes the TS550R, TS560R, TS570R and TS580R. Equipped with a universal power supply, the new smart valve controllers are fully ‘plug and play' and can be used immediately, anywhere in the world.
The best-in-class smart controllers are equipped with Ethernet and WiFi interfaces that allow users to configure the exact parameters, and monitor and control the process from anywhere in the world. This feature complies with Smart Factory requirements of Industry 4.0.
