Elmatica Supporting Startup Altlight in Early Stages of Product Development
August 21, 2018 | ElmaticaEstimated reading time: 1 minute

Elmatica and Polish startup Altlight have entered into a product development and manufacturing partnership agreement.
“We are technological experts when it comes to our products,” says Kamil Summer, CEO of Altlight. "But we needed a partner to collaborate at the PCB prototyping/production-level. With the guidance of Elmatica at an early stage of the product development process, we found the printed circuit most feasible for our products, saving us both time and money."
“We see an increased interest from product owners seeking involvement from us at an earlier stage," adds Rafal Stankiewicz, Elmatica’s country manager Poland. "This is a clear advantage for all involved parties since time is money in such a process. We share our knowledge and experience and make sure the right design, materials, and manufacturers are chosen, they can continue to develop exciting new products.”
Altlight, based in Krakow, specializes in pioneering and implementing smart IoT solutions for the home and office. Altlight’s smart system does not require installation of any additional central control devices; the entire network can be configured from a smartphone.
“We have created a system that has many convenient options and is really easy to use. We know that people who have smart devices in their homes or offices not always want to become technological experts at the same time. Home automation must be intuitive, act unnoticed and bring savings, not costs,” says Sumera.
