PCB Firm Apex Posts Record August Revenues

PCB manufacturer Apex International has reported record high consolidated revenues of NT$1.19 billion ($38.6 million) for August 2018, according to Digitimes. Cumulative revenues from January through August increased by 4.7% year-on-year to NT$7.13 billion. Apex provides PCBs mainly for TVs and other home appliances.
Apex indicated it has been focusing on cost controls for better profitability this year. The efforts enabled the company to improve its gross margin and profitability in the first half of 2018, when EPS came to NT$1.69 compared with NT$0.54 a year earlier, Digitimes reports.
