Pluritec Expands the International Supplies (IS) Brand
February 27, 2019 | PluritecEstimated reading time: 1 minute
Pluritec S.r.l. announced the expansion of one of the PCB industries' most well-known brands, IS (International Supplies). For 35 years, International Supplies has provided PCB manufactures with mechanical and chemical wet process systems that are known for lasting quality and innovation capabilities.
As part of the Pluritec family, the IS expansion is an exciting time for both brands. Pluritec CEO Nicola Doria recently commissioned and built a new 40,000 square foot building to support the brand expansion in Ivrea, Italy. The new facility will accommodate IS and Pluritec’s projected growth in manufacturing and R&D and serves as their worldwide service and support center. The new facility began operations in December 2018.
Additionally, Pluritec has just completed the acquisition of Occleppo S.r.l.’s daily operations and technological IP. Occleppo’s 40-year history of innovative designs, technology IP and time-tested quality will now be merged into the IS brand. The new ‘IS powered by Occleppo’ product line will give PCB manufactures a wide range of mechanical surface preparation to complete chemical develop-etch-strip (DES), strip-etch-strip (SES), MecEtch, Multibond and many other wet processing technologies.
About Pluritec
Pluritec s.r.l, including IS/powered by Occleppo and EcoSpray, has provided world wide solutions to the printed circuit and chemical milling industries for 50+ years.
