ALBA PCB Acquires Q-Print electronic

ALBA PCB Group has acquired majority shareholding of Q-Print electronic Gmbh.
“This acquisition supports our strategic priorities of enhancing our product and service offerings, strengthening our global footprint and investing in areas with opportunity to achieve sustainable growth,” said Alberto Bacchin, CEO of ALBA PCB Group. "Q-Print has a highly experienced technical and marketing team, which combined with our technological leadership, innovative spirit and commitment to total customer satisfaction will create value added for our German partners."
“Vjekoslav Grishaber, who is still a shareholder of the company and a highly regarded figure within the PCB marketplace, will continue to manage the German branch,” Bacchin added.
