Flexible PCB manufacturer Fuyang Technology, a joint venture between Pegatron and Kinsus Interconnect Technology, has reportedly entered the supply chain of Apple Inc.—which currently includes Taiwan-based FPCB providers Zhen Ding Tech, Flexium Interconnect and Career Technology, according to Digitimes.
The establishment of Fuyang was meant to vie for orders from Apple. Pegatron is reportedly among Apple's assembly partners, along with Foxconn Electronics (Hon Hai Precision Industry). Established in 2016, Fuyang managed to obtain orders from Apple in just about two years since its establishment, according to sources.
