Growing Rigid-Flex PCB Shipments to Buoy Unitech 2Q19 Revenues

Unitech Printed Circuit Board is expected to post a more than 20% on-year increase in revenues for the second quarter of 2019, thanks to rising rigid-flex PCB shipments for true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds, Digitimes reported.
In response, Unitech indicated its revenue growth thus far in the second quarter has been driven by a ramp-up of rigid-flex PCB shipments. About 80% of its rigid-flex PCBs produced are for TWS related devices, the PCB manufacturer said.
