Elmatica Welcomes Eimear Joyce as Sales Operations Manager

An increase in business opportunities and a strong focus on early involvement in the customer's product development process, has enforced the need for a key person to support the company’s strategic implementation and focus on customer relationships, as well as expanding the global sales support coverage.
“We proudly announce that Eimear Joyce has joined the sales team as sales operations manager, a role tailored to ensure that the needs of the sales team are met, while simultaneously supporting and developing new partners within the industry.
Joyce will unite the sales organization in a professional manner, delivering the discipline and information required to drive the company forward and provide the best support to our global sales team, ” says Didrik Bech, CEO Elmatica.
International work experience Joyce is experienced as a project manager from companies such as Horn Media Group. She graduated with a BA in Business and Event Management at Dundalk Institute of Technology Ireland and brings to the table a work experience from international business in Spain and Shanghai.
“Her people skills, international understanding of culture and expectations, and positive can-do attitude will be a resource to the company,'' says Bech.

Winners of IPC Hand Soldering World Championship at electronica 2024 Announced
11/21/2024 | IPCIPC hosted its Hand Soldering World Championship in Munich, Germany, at electronica on 14-15 November 2024, welcoming 14 competitors from 13 companies and 12 countries worldwide. Skilled contestants competed to build an electronics assembly in accordance with IPC-A-610 Class 3 criteria, and were judged on the functionality of the assembly, compliance with the assembly process and overall product quality. The contestants were allowed a maximum of 60 minutes to complete the assembly.

"I'm calling you from about 8,000 feet, sitting at the foot of Mammoth Lakes," he told me. “My friends and I are about to get in the pool for the afternoon." Kris can do this because he actually lives full-time in his travel-trailer at this campground. He's now a permanent camper, taking him anywhere the winds blow—and where there's strong internet service—so he can teach his PCB design classes, offer expert interviews, and live off the land.
