HannStar Board to Own 24% of Career Tech

HannStar Board plans to acquire a 16% stake in fellow Taiwan-based PCB company Career Technology through a private placement, and obtain another 8% stake in Career Tech via a share swap.
HannStar Board will become the largest shareholder of Career Tech after owning 24% of Career Tech, said the PCB manufacturers. The share swap will also allow Career Tech to obtain a 6.5% stake in HannStar Board.
