In a world where seconds matter to keep a critical project on schedule, Sunstone is now offering a solution to help keep order status communicated real time, utilizing Text Messaging direct to your mobile phone. Our customers require a more real time and robust systems to keep tabs on their most time critical projects and this solution solves that need. During the checkout process simply opt into the Order Status Text Alert, select the notifications that you want and we will keep you updated. You can make updates at any time, change what alerts you want, opt in or opt out, all from your order history in your Sunstone account. This tool can give you peace of mind that your order is making progress through the manufacturing process for an on-time shipment, or alert you real time in the event that your order goes on hold. You can even respond to these texts with instructions or questions, our customer support team will be monitoring the text line during our normal support hours.
