Insulectro Picks Paul Welter for Director of Sales for Dupont Chemistry Line

Insulectro, the largest distributor of materials for use in manufacture of printed circuit board and printed electronics, has announced it has promoted industry veteran Paul Welter as Director of Sales for DuPont Chemistry.
“Our recent acquisition of East Coast Electronic Material Supply (ECEMS) has further diversified Insulectro’s product line,” commented Patrick Redfern, Insulectro President and CEO, “It has enabled us to add the extensive DuPont chemistry line to our robust product portfolio. We welcome Paul Welter to our team as we expand our long-time relationship with DuPont. He will manage the existing sales and technical service team and continue reporting to John Robinson, Vice President Chemistry at Insulectro”.
For over eighteen years, Insulectro has distributed DuPont flexible laminates and dry film across North America.

Welter is a Chemistry Graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and has over 20-years experience in the Printed Circuit Board and Industrial Metal Finishing Industries. He began his career working for LeaRonal (later acquired by Rohm and Haas) as a Chemist in their Addison, IL facility. From that position, he transitioned to Technical Service then Account Management position in the Midwest.
In 2013 he accepted a Sr. Account Manager position with Tapco Circuit Supply, and in 2015 Paul joined East Coast Electronic Material Supply as a Senior Account Manager for the Upper Midwest territory. In 2019, his role expanded to include the Intermountain Regions of Denver, CO and Salt Lake City, UT.
His process expertise includes metallization, imaging and lamination in rigid and flexible PCB manufacturing, and decorative & engineering coatings in General Metal Finishing, Plating on Plastics and Connector Applications. In his spare time, Mr. Welter enjoys the outdoors hiking, golfing and fishing, and is a proud steward of North Sand Lake near Webster, WI.
