atg LM to Showcase Their Latest Generation Flying Probe Tester at CPCA

atg LM will showcase their latest technology atg A9 at the upcoming CPCA show in Shanghai, China.
The A9 is atg LM’s next generation flying probe system. This underlines the demand of our customers to move towards higher speed and smaller geometries as well as more demanding test methods. The atg A9 has the capability to handle production panels up to 25” x 21” (635 mm x 535 mm) with an active test area of 24” x 20” (610 mm x 510 mm) and features the latest linear drive technology in x / y / z for highest speed and accuracy. The atg A9 performs at a rate of up to 220 measurements per second depending on the product under test and test method used.
