NCAB Group Rewarded as Employer of the Year

Brilliant Future has announced the results of its Brilliant Awards – Employee Experience program, which is based on data from approximately 290,000 employee surveys.
NCAB Group is the top organization in the Construction, Manufacturing, and Industrials sector that now can call themselves Employer of the Year in Brilliant Awards – Employee Experience.
"Our analyses show that committed employees create loyal customers and benefit the business. NCAB Group is showing us the way and the importance of continuously measuring the employee experience in order to get a receipt of how the organization is doing," says Ulrika Jonsson, Acting CEO of Brilliant Future.
The data has been collected since 1 January 2021 and the results are based on approximately 290 000 employee surveys.
