The intelliFLEX Innovation Alliance is proud to present CPES2022, May 17-18, 2022. The Canadian Printed and flexible Electronics Symposium will focus on the most relevant, state-of-the-art technical topics, global networking and sustainability.
Canada’s premier conference and trade show exhibition for flexible and hybrid electronics (FHE) will help you advance your research, build your supply chain, expand your business and partnerships, and foster diversity throughout the industry’s ecosystem.
“As we all adjust to our new circumstances, intelliFLEX continues to search for new ways to create value for members and our ecosystem,” says Dr. Michelle Chrétien, intelliFLEX President and CEO and Associate Vice President, Research at Conestoga College.
“Our annual event is recognized for its great networking opportunities and the dynamism of the industrial, academic and institutional community. This year, we’re focusing on sustainability, the circular economy and strengthening international networks. Speakers from around the world will take us through advances in textile electronics, IoT sensors and cybersecurity, sustainability challenges, while also highlighting the latest developments in materials and processes for printed and flexible electronics. We invite you to join us in Brampton, ON” says Dr. Arnold Kell, Research Officer at the Emerging Technologies Division of the National Research Council of Canada and chair of the CPES2022 Selection Committee.
In collaboration with the City of Brampton, the Rose Theatre in Brampton, Ontario was secured as the venue to host CPES 2022. Clare Barnett, Director of Economic Development at the City of Brampton, expressed “The City of Brampton recognizes the importance of hosting events like CPES 2022 that act as conduits to dynamic opportunities for networking among industry, academia, and institutional community. That’s why it’s fitting for Brampton to welcome this important industry gathering and that it’s hosted in Downtown Brampton’s Innovation District. The Innovation District is an ecosystem of start-ups, incubators, accelerators, post-secondary campuses, industry associations, and more, and the City is developing it into a platform for companies in all stages of development. We look forward to engaging participants of CPES and introducing them to the great ecosystem being built in Downtown Brampton.
“We are gratified by the level of interest and support we have received for this exciting event. CPES2022 holds appeal for both newcomers and veterans of the industry, relevant for academic and industrial members of our community, as well as for those looking to learn more about this exciting field. Recent years have been challenging on many fronts, and we are eager to reconnect with our industry colleagues and forge new connections in person. There is a special interest at this symposium in engaging with the students who will be driving this technology in the future. Thanks to our Partners, including I-CI, the NRC, Neuronic Works, NovaCentrix, PulseForge and ST, CPES2022 offers an exceptional opportunity to maximize networking with key contacts from around the globe,“ concludes Howard W. Campbell, Chair of the intelliFLEX Board of Directors.
