Element Solutions Declares Q2 Dividend of $0.08 Per Share

Element Solutions Inc. announced that its board has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of the company's common stock. The declared dividend will be paid on June 15, 2022 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 1, 2022.
