VJ Electronix, Inc., the leader in rework technologies and global provider of advanced X-ray inspection and component counting systems, announced the appointment of Southwest Systems Technology, Inc. to represent its component counting systems. The leading manufacturing resource for the Southwest, Southwest Systems will represent VJ Electronic component counting systems in the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.
VJ Electronix is the leading supplier for X-ray component counters in the market today. The XQuik line of component counters can handle a wide variety of components and unlike most competitors, there is no programming required to perform a scan. VJ Electronix advanced AI technology automatically recognizes parts, making operation very simple and intuitive.
“VJ Electronix products are technically solid with great value and performance,” stated Scott Fillebrown, Managing Director at Southwest Ssytems. “They are exactly what I looked for at my former contract manufacturing company and we are excited to be working with them.”
The latest in the XQuik line, the XQuik III and XQuik II Plus meet the demands of today’s complex inventory requirements with advanced AI component recognition, extremely fast cycle times (< 10 sec. – including barcode scan – on XQuik III, <20 sec. on XQuik II Plus), industry-leading count accuracy of 99.8% or greater across the widest range of components, real-time MES/ERP updates, simple user interface (UI), and competitively low pricing.
Southwest Systems Technology was founded in 1989 to technically present the myriad of products it represents in a thorough and professional manner; proficiently and with discerning sophistication. The company has offices in Dallas, Austin, El Paso, McAllen, and Guadalajara, Mexico.
