Northrop Grumman Corporation was named a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion” by Disability:IN and American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) for the ninth consecutive year.
Northrop Grumman earned the top score of 100 on the 2023 Disability Equality Index (DEI) ® for its forward-thinking disability inclusion practices
The DEI is a measurement tool to evaluate factors like community engagement, culture and leadership, enterprise-wide access and employment practices such as accommodations, advancement and retention
DEI is a joint initiative of Disability:IN and AAPD

Northrop Grumman has relationships with the Disability Student Offices on college campuses and provides Advanced Higher Education funding. Employees have access to the company’s network of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) with more than 25,000 members to build partnerships and provide further inclusion efforts, resources and education across the workforce. This includes the Victory Over Impairment & Challenge Enterprise (VOICE) ERG which fosters an inclusive environment for persons with disabilities and employees that are caregivers to family members in need.
