Sparton Board of Directors Name Trusted Maritime Leader as New President and CEO

The Sparton Board of Directors has named Donnelly Bohan President & CEO of Sparton. Bohan will join Sparton and assume its leadership on March 4, 2024. She is replacing Tracy Howard who served as the company’s President and Chief Executive Officer since December 2021.
“I want to thank Tracy for his leadership in guiding Sparton from a private equity company into an integrated subsidiary of Elbit America,” said Kenneth Krieg, Chairman of Sparton’s Board of Directors. “Under his leadership, Sparton built on a decades-long history of serving the U.S. Navy and is recognized as the leading provider of sonobuoys.”.
Bohan has more than 20 years of defense industry experience. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer for Nauticus Robotics where she oversaw day-to-day operations focused on providing
integrated software and hardware solutions in the maritime domains. Prior to Nauticus Robotics, Bohan held leadership positions at Leidos, including Vice President and Division Manager of Mission Operations and Infrastructure Protection Division, and Vice President and Division Manager of Maritime Systems Division.
