Talent sustainability has always been a goal that Unimicron attach great importance to. In order to create a more diverse, equal and inclusive workplace, we announced that Unimicron has joined the "2024 TALENT, in Taiwan "
This year, we promise to do the following things for talents:
- Meaning and value: Adhering to the people-oriented core value of encouraging and respecting employees, actively promoting corporate culture, motivating employees to pursue common goals, and integrating this core value into various human resources policies.
