Intersoft Electronics Group are pleased to announce the acquisition of IBS Luftfahrt und Services GmbH, a renowned German company specializing in aerospace technology. This strategic move underlines Intersoft’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the DACH region as a leader in cutting-edge electronic solutions.
The acquisition combines two industry powerhouses, enabling Intersoft Electronics to leverage the expertise and market presence in the aerospace sector for IBS Luftfahrt und Services GmbH. By joining forces, Intersoft gains strategic advantage in the DACH market, particularly through closer collaboration with Intersoft Services D-A-CH, distinguished for its exceptional service provision in aeronautics.
Intersoft Electronics anticipates a seamless integration process and looks forward to capitalizing on shared synergies and opportunities for growth.
Luc Switten, CEO of Intersoft Electronics Group, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating: “The IBS Luftfahrt und Services GmbH acquisition is especially a commitment to the German air traffic control market to better serve and address CNS services customers.”
