epoxySet produces a wide range of over 40 different thermally conductive greases. These greases are both silicone-based and silicone-free hydrocarbons. Systems contain various fillers to allow for thermal conductivity from 0.8 to 7.2 W/m°K. Most withstand temperatures up to about 200°C continuously with some system rated for 360°C. Many systems are designed to be low-bleed to prevent any possible contamination.
Thermal Greases are used extensively to increase heat dissipation between any heat generating device and the atmosphere or heat sink. Materials are used extensively for thermal dissipation of electronics and other appliances in computers, medical instruments, automotive, aircraft, lasers and other high tech industries where excessive heat can reduce product longevity and/or lead to cataclysmic failure.
Thermal greases are one part of an extensive line of thermal management materials including epoxy, silicone and urethane thermally conductive potting compounds and epoxy adhesives.
The Thermal Greases are offered in 10cc and 30 cc size syringes and cartridges as well as various bulk sizes.
