Anaya Vardya President and CEO of American Standard Circuits and ASC Sunstone Circuits announced that his company will now be offering their customers the convenience of Instant Online Quoting for Flex PCBs through Sunstone’s OneQuote form.
Sunstone and American Standard Circuits have long been known for simplifying the PCB ordering process. Taking another step in this direction, flex PCB enthusiasts will now be able to enjoy the convenience of online quoting and ordering for their flex projects. Sunstone has long offered online quoting and ordering of Rigid PCBs and has recently begun quoting and ordering of Flex PCBs too. The company will be providing instant online quotes for select Flex PCB options including single sided and double-sided flex boards, with or without stiffeners and coverlay materials. They will also be offering seamless order integration from custom flex quotes to placing orders with minimal friction. The online quoting form will allow for input and selections for more complicated flex designs to easily begin a customized RFQ.
Mr. Vardya stated, “Our goal is to make it easy for our customers to work with us. We strive to offer solutions to allow them to interact with us in a variety of ways that will suit their needs. It was a logical transition from offering instant online quoting for rigid PCBs to offering the same convenience for our flex PCB customers. Flex designs were a tougher nut to crack due to the uniqueness and complexity of that product type, but we knew it we could get it done and extend that same benefit to the flex customers. After working on this new initiative for over a year, we are now pleased to be able to offer this easy option quoting and order placement to our Flex PCB Customers.”

The Pulse: Caught in the Crosshatch—A Cautionary Tale of Detective Work
04/29/2026 | Martyn Gaudion -- Column: The PulseA chance meeting at a family wedding the other week led to a conversation about numbers, an introduction to a book entitled Humble Pi, and how numeric misinterpretation can lead to all kinds of unexpected outcomes, some just costly, others tragic. It’s a good and amusing read, and as a result of this conversation with someone I had previously never met, I feel somewhat (at least temporarily) enlightened. One of the takeaways of the book is that humans are born to think logarithmically, and linear math has to be formally educated into our brains. That got me curious for more.
