Zhen Ding’s Subsidiary BoardTek Electronics Experienced a Fire Incident

Zhen Ding Technology Holding Co., Ltd. (Ticker: 4958) announced that its subsidiary, BoardTek Electronics, experienced a fire incident in the copper plating workshop of their second factory (January 5). BoardTek promptly evacuated all personnel without any injuries. After firefighters arrived and handled the situation, the fire was extinguished, and follow-up measures were taken safely. The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the firefighting authorities.
The company has fire insurance coverage in place. For existing orders of the factory, Zhen Ding Group’s other factories have immediately activated backup production to assist with customer production and delivery. Initially assessed, this incident will have limited impact on the overall operations and finances. The actual losses remain to be assessed. The company will enhance its safety maintenance systems at the factory in the future.
