Incap India’s Health Initiatives Support Employee Well-Being

Incap India recently reinforced its commitment to employee wellness with two impactful health-focused events.
The first was a health talk on varicose veins, conducted by Senior Consultant and Endovascular Surgeon, Dr. Bhaskar M.V., from Bangalore. The session educated participants on the causes, symptoms, and treatment options for this common vascular condition, with a strong emphasis on early detection and lifestyle adjustments for prevention. Dr. Bhaskar addressed myths surrounding varicose veins and provided practical advice for maintaining vascular health. The session saw active participation from 46 team members.
Incap India also conducted its annual health check-up, ensuring employees and trainees had the opportunity to monitor their health and take preventive measures. In the first phase, approximately 700 participants underwent comprehensive evaluations by qualified healthcare professionals, including screenings for common medical conditions.
