V310i Advanced 3D Solder Paste Inspection (SPI): Certified with IPC-CFX-2591 QPL, this solution ensures optimal solder paste deposition quality while reducing costs and enhancing productivity by detecting issues early in the production process.
V510i Advanced 3D Optical Inspection (AOI): Integrating state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as AI parameter checker, AI recipe quality control, and AI fine-tuning, this solution facilitates fully autonomous processes, significantly reducing human intervention.
