AOS announced that it has reached a resolution with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) to close its investigation of AOS’s export control practices. Under the settlement agreement, AOS agrees to make a one-time payment of $4.25 million to resolve the allegations.
