Ventec Consolidates German Operations: Plants 1 & 2 in Kirchheimbolanden Merged into a Single Modernized Facility

Ventec Central Europe GmbH is pleased to announce the successful consolidation of its two manufacturing plants in Kirchheimbolanden, Germany, into a single, state-of-the-art facility. This strategic merger represents a major milestone in Ventec’s ongoing commitment to operational excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction across Europe.
The newly unified site spans over 13,500 m² and has been comprehensively upgraded to optimize operations and enhance service delivery. The consolidation is designed to streamline production, improve delivery performance, and increase material availability for customers throughout the region.
Key Highlights of the New Facility Include:
- Expanded product storage for key materials such as VT-901, VT-47, VT-481, and
halogen-free series VT-441 and VT-447 - New drilling and milling equipment to increase production efficiency and precision
- Fully refurbished office spaces, offering a modern and collaborative working environment
- Sustainable heating system, heat pump powered by solar energy
“Bringing our operations under one roof not only increases our manufacturing capacity and efficiency, but also aligns with our mission to provide exceptional local support and fast delivery times,” commented Mark Goodwin, COO of Ventec. “This consolidation enables us to deliver even more value to our customers by simplifying their supply chains through our One-Stop-Shop model.”
Ventec’s European customers will continue to benefit from a comprehensive portfolio of products, including copper-clad laminates, prepregs, ThinFlex FCCL, Taiyo solder mask products, Jinzhou drills and routers, as well as a complete range of backing, entry, and lamination support materials.
A carefully planned transition ensures there will be no disruption to the supply chain as operations shift entirely to the newly enhanced facility.
