July 14, 2025 | Delta ElectronicsEstimated reading time: 1 minute

Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited, a global leader in power management and smart green solutions, has been recognized by global investors for its excellence in investor relations and corporate governance, earning top ranking in the “Most Improved Investor Relations” at the Alpha Southeast Asia 15th Annual Institutional Investor Awards for Corporates, held on June 30, 2025, in Singapore. The awards are determined by an independent vote of institutional investors and analysts worldwide, demonstrating the trust Delta has cultivated through transparent communication, reliable financial policies, and direct senior leadership engagement.
Ms. Anchalee Jieratham, Investor Relations Director at Delta Electronics (Thailand) said, “Our recognition this year reflects the progress we've made in strengthening relationships with our investors and aligning our communication with global expectations. We are grateful for the confidence placed in us and remain committed to continuous improvement in how we engage, disclose, and support informed decision-making.”
In addition to the “Most Improved Investor Relations” accolade, the Company also received standout placements in other three major categories for Thailand: ranked 2nd in Most Consistent Dividend Policy, ranked 4th in Most Organized Investor Relations, and ranked 4th – Best Senior Management Investor Relations Support
Now in its 15th year, the Alpha Southeast Asia Institutional Investor Awards for Corporates is one of the region’s most respected benchmarks for excellence in investor relations. The 2025 survey collected over 612 unprompted responses from professional investors and analysts across Asia, the United States, and Europe including fund managers, pension funds, insurance firms, private banks, and hedge funds.
Participants were asked to nominate companies they regarded as leaders in key areas such as “Most Organized IR,” “Best Senior Management IR Support,” “Strongest Adherence to Corporate Governance,” “Most Consistent Dividend Policy,” and “Best Strategic CSR.” In single-choice categories including “Best CFO,” “Best Annual Report,” and “Most Improved IR” respondents could name only one company, making Delta’s win in the latter particularly significant due to the highly selective nature of the voting process.
This recognition highlights Delta’s commitment to ESG principles and transparent investor engagement. Listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, Delta Electronics (Thailand) integrates sustainability into its corporate strategy, publishes annual and sustainability reports, and maintains ongoing dialogue with the investment community to support long-term value creation.
