ASC Sunstone Circuits Appoints Ron Morelli as Senior Production Manager

ASC Sunstone Circuits is proud to announce the appointment of Ron Morelli as Production Manager. With over 30 years of experience in production management and planning, Ron brings a wealth of operational expertise and team leadership to ASC Sunstone’s manufacturing operations.
Born and raised in Mulino, Oregon, Ron graduated from Molalla High School and went on to attend Linfield College, where he played football for the Wildcats. His professional journey began in the United States Air Force, where he served as an aircraft mechanic and earned his FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license. Upon returning to the Portland area, Ron began building a distinguished career in manufacturing, holding leadership roles across production, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ron is known for his hands-on leadership style and for fostering high-performing, collaborative teams. He brings strong experience in streamlining processes, enhancing productivity, and aligning operations with customer expectations.
“Ron’s military background and decades of production leadership make him an exceptional fit for this role,” said Matt Stevenson, Vice President/General Manager at ASC Sunstone. “He understands what it takes to lead a team, meet deadlines, and deliver quality. When he’s not at work, Ron enjoys spending time with his family and watching Duck football.
As Production Manager, Ron will oversee all aspects of ASC Sunstone’s manufacturing operations—from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery—ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety at every step.
