V510Ai ST & DST: Smart 3D AOI System For Back-end Inspection

ViTrox’s V510Ai ST and DST systems are engineered to deliver high-performance 2D and 3D AOI inspection for back-end PCB assembly processes. Both platforms support the top-side surface of tall components up to 100mm, making them ideal for PCBs with high top-clearance requirements. The V510Ai DST further enhances inspection capabilities with its simultaneous dual-sided (top and bottom) inspection, providing comprehensive coverage for both SMT and THT processes. Both systems can be equipped with four configurable angular vision cameras, extending advanced side view inspection of partially hidden joints and side surface Optical Character Verification (OCV) inspection. Enhanced by built-in Artificial Intelligence features — such as A.I. Smart Programming, A.I. Recipe Quality Control and an autonomous A.I. Defect Review and Buyoff station — these features streamline inspection and programming setup for SMT and THT components, reduce human intervention, and accelerate deployment.
