September 7, 2025 | Gardien GroupEstimated reading time: 1 minute
Gardien Group is proud to announce the successful installation of a customized G93 Flying Probe Test Machine at a major manufacturer in North America. This cutting-edge system features the largest test area of any flying probe tester in North America and Europe, setting a new benchmark for PCB testing capabilities.
When asked about the installation, Gardien’s Rick Meraw added, “When we started working with this customer on this machine, it was clear to us that it wasn't just about technology, but about a real partnership. The solution that we developed together fits everyone’s processes perfectly - and you can see that in the results every day."
A representative from the customer commented, “The G93’s expansive test area and advanced features significantly enhance our ability to test large and complex PCBs with precision and efficiency. This investment underscores our commitment to staying at the forefront of PCB manufacturing technology.”
The G93 Flying Probe Tester is part of Gardien’s G90 series, renowned for its high accuracy, speed, and adaptability. The system is equipped with Gardien’s advanced FPX test software, enabling it to handle a wide range of test scenarios. With options such as 4-Wire Kelvin, Hi-pot, Inductance, and Insulation testing, the G93 is designed to meet the most demanding requirements of modern PCB production.
This custom G93 has a test area of 72” x 55”, as well as a segmented stretch frame that creates 3 separate test areas for those times when the customer wishes to test multiple panels/boards that do not require the full test area.
