Panasonic Features Incap UK in New Case Study on Sustainable SMT Growth

Incap UK’s latest SMT upgrade has been recognised by Panasonic in a newly published case study, highlighting our long-term commitment to smarter, more sustainable electronics manufacturing.

The second phase of our investment programme, completed in May 2025, replaced four older SMT lines with two high-performance Panasonic lines. Equipped with NPM-GP/L high-speed printers, AM100 pick-and-place machines, and intelligent feeders, the upgrade has boosted output by more than 55% while reducing defect rates by 49%.

Beyond capacity, the upgrade delivers smarter operations with barcode-based scanning, real-time process visibility, and readiness for ERP integration.
