I-Connect007 is excited to announce a column by Leo Lambert, an industry veteran with 40 years of experience, an award winner, and technical director at EPTAC.
This column, Learning With Leo, will explore the evolution and related challenges of electronics product assembly, particularly as they relate to training.
As technical director at EPTAC, Leo oversees course content and provides expert consultation to customers. He is renowned for his specific expertise in soldering, metallurgy, and cleaning processes. He has authored several industry publications, presented numerous papers, chaired major assembly committees, and participated in influential manufacturing standards.
He received honors from the Global Electronics Association, including its prestigious Raymond E. Pritchard Hall of Fame Award and the President’s Award.
