SearchWorks Group Reports Strong Q1 With Key Placements, Active Executive Searches

The SearchWorks Group, a leading executive search firm specializing in the electronics manufacturing market, announced a strong start to the year, highlighted by multiple senior-level placements and a robust pipeline of active searches across North America and Europe.
During the first quarter, the firm successfully completed several key placements spanning business development, engineering, and program management leadership roles. These include a Director of Business Development for ICTC in Florida, a Vice President of Business Development for Keenfinity EMS in Germany, and both a Director of Program Management and Director of Engineering for XLR8 EMS in California.
The pace of hiring activity reflects continued demand for experienced leadership as electronics manufacturers scale operations, expand into new markets, and navigate ongoing supply chain and technology shifts.
